This guidance helps you understand the return considerations connected to a custom furniture order.

A More Personal Way to Understand Your Order

Custom furniture is created around your selected dimensions, materials, finish, and design details. Before production begins, I provide clear information about which orders may be eligible for return and which customizations affect that eligibility. Reviewing these terms gives you a practical reference for making an informed decision.

If a concern comes up after delivery, the policy explains the next steps and the details I need to assess the situation. I aim to keep communication direct and respectful while considering the nature of handmade work and the specifications of your piece.

Ideal For

• Clients planning a custom furniture order

• Buyers reviewing return terms before purchase

• Clients with questions about a delivered piece

• Anyone confirming order details before production

How It Works

1. Review Terms: Read the return conditions that apply to custom furniture.

2. Confirm Details: Check your design, measurements, materials, and finish before production.

3. Contact Me: Share any questions or concerns with the relevant order information.
